1) Agreement

By accessing GapFix (website or app), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GapFix.

2) What GapFix is

GapFix analyses résumé information to identify skill gaps and generates a 90-day learning/action plan. Early access features may change frequently.

3) Beta / Early Access

GapFix may be provided as a beta. Features can change, and things may break. We appreciate bug reports and feedback.

4) Eligibility

You must be 16+ and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use GapFix on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized.

5) Your content

You retain rights to content you upload (e.g., résumé text). You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve GapFix.

6) Acceptable use

No misuse of GapFix. Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or use GapFix to create competing datasets or services.

7) Subscriptions & pricing (future)

We may offer Pro subscriptions. Prices, trials, and billing terms will be shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime via the App Store (or as instructed). Taxes may apply.

8) Intellectual property

GapFix, its brand, UI, and content are owned by ManWorkLife.com or its licensors. Except for your content, you get a limited, revocable license to use GapFix.

9) Disclaimers

GapFix is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific outcomes (promotions, salary changes, job offers). Use GapFix to inform your choices; you are responsible for your decisions.

10) Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using GapFix anytime; request deletion at amith@gapfix.app.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
