No. Your data is yours. Résumé parsing runs on device whenever possible; cloud sync is optional and encrypted. We don’t sell data, we don’t share with employers, and we hate surprise emails as much as you do.

Only if you choose to sync. On-device is the default. If you opt-in to cloud backup, it’s encrypted at rest and in transit.
