Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your GapFix account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open GapFix and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Settings gear.
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile, learning plans, lesson progress, streaks, XP, achievements, and preferences from our systems.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@tickets.samgit.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What happens to subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — those are managed by Apple and Google. Cancel in your device's subscription settings before or after deleting your account.
